Women of India

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the International Women's Day, I 'd like to pay a tribute to the women of India: they represent the future and the engine of the Indian society and they hold the key to long-lasting social change in communities.
Indian women with their smartness, grace and elegance are conquering the world.

I took these pictures 3 years ago during a long trip to India.
You don't need to be a good photographer to take good pictures in India: the people (women in particular), the colors and the atmospheres are so magic that it's impossible not to shoot well.
